من القائمة بالأعلى إذهب إلى Video و من ثم Open Video
و أختر المقطع الذي تلتقط منه صوره

راح يعرض لك البرنامج الفيديو على جهة اليسار
و متى ما أتت اللقطة الذي تريد ألتقاطها

من الجهة اليسرى أذهب إلى Save ومن ثم Save as
