2. Make an interview with the HR manager
Your interview must include questions about the following:
-Training policies
-Appraisal procedures
-Payment and incentives strategies
3- Make a short report with some forms that are used for training, appraising and compensating employees in the target firm (if available)
4- Share your results with other class members .Be prepared for an open discussion.
