1- جلسة في السحر للاستغفار ( والمستغفرون با لاسحار)

2- وخلوة للتفكير ( ويتفكرون في خلق السموات والارض )

3- ومجالسة الصالحين ( واصبر نفسك مع الذين يدعون ربهم )

4- الذكر ( اذكروا الله ذكرا كثيرا)

5- -وركعتان بخشوع ( والذين هم في صلاتهم خاشعون)

6- وتلاوة بتدبير ( افلا يتدبرون القران )

7- وصيام يوم شديد الحر "يدع طعامة و شرابة وشهوتة من اجلى"

8- وصدقة في خفاء "حتى لاتعلم شمالة ما تنفق يمينة"

9- وكشف كربة عن مسلم " من فرج عن مسلم كربة من كربة الدنيا فرج الله عنه كربة من كرب يوم القيامة"

10- وزهد في الفانية ( والاخرة خير و ابقى )
