أنزين في منهم ما يمانعون أن الحرمة تشتغل و البعض يرفض هالشي!

يعني الحين أنا بعطيكم مثال دكتورنا أمخبرنا عنه : يقول يوم يبون يسألون عن الأمراض الموجودة في نباتات الدولة من البلدية يقولون له والله ما عندنا أي أمراض!!
! على منووووو يقصون؟!!
إذا الدول المطورة لازم لازم 30% من محصولها يروح بسبب الأمراض النباتية....إيون هالمفلع يقصون علينا؟!!!! ليش؟؟ <o:p></o:p></span></p>

لأنه وافد يخاف على و وظيفته! بس ما يهمه شو يصير في دولتنا المهم المعاش ينزل!!

بس الحين نحن عندنا نقص كبيييير في الموظفين المواطنين! و الدولة ما تقصر أي مواطن متخرج يقدم على وظيفة على طول يوظفونه حتى لو ما كان <span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>عنده الخبرة الكافية بس المهم

و في مشكله ثانيه!! و هيه الأكبر واللي تمنع أكثر الحريم من الشغل ( الاختلاط)!!!
أنا وحدة ما أرضى أشتعل في مكان مختلط ، بس إذا هو المكان الوحيد المتوفر ليه و اللي صدق يفيد فيه الدولة و نستفيد منه خلنا نقول مثلا ( البلدية) أو ( المستشفى)أو أي مكان ثاني يكون فيه اختلاط .... ليش الدولة ما تساعدنا و تسوي مكاتب أو مبنى خاص للحريم بس! يعني في كل قطاع حكومي يكون هناك مبنى خاص للرجال و واحد خاص للنساء!!
أدري بتقولون الحكومة ما تقدر.... بس تراهم وفروا لنا مدارس و جامعات خاصة إلنا !!! و هذا أصعب بوايد من توفير مبنى خاص للحريم بس!
