Kulfi (Indian Ice-Cream)

Ingredients
6 cups creamy milk
9 cardamoms
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup chopped/sliced almond
Garnish
flakes of almond
cardamom seed
Preparation
1 Add Cardamom to milk and bring it to boil.
2 Reduce the heat and keep simmering the milk until it is reduced by one-third.
3 Take cardamom out of milk by using strainer.
4 Add almond and sugar.
5 Pour the mixture into container with lid.
6 Freeze until firm. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes.
7 Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
8 Serve by taking out of the container. Garnish with almond and cardamom seed as desired

Ingredients:
Carnation Milk Powder - 2 1/2 cups
All-purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
Heavy whipping cream - 1/2 pint
Baking soda - A pinch
Sugar - 3 cups
Water - 5 1/2 cups
Cardamon (Elaichi) - 4-5
Oil - For frying
Method:
Mix milk powder, all-purpose flour and baking soda in vessel. Add whipping cream and knead well. Make sure the dough is soft and easy to knead (add milk if needed). Leave for a few minutes. Make the sugar syrup: Add sugar to the water. After the solution starts to boil, reduce the heat and let it boil for 4-6 mins. Add powdered cardamon and keep the syrup aside. Heat oil. Meanwhile, roll the dough into round or oval shaped
