اول شي صكي الانترنت
و عقب سوي ctrl+alt+del
واختاري اللي في الخطوات
1- avserve.exe
2-اختاري end process
وعقب اوكي
وشغلي النت خلاف
وان شاء الله الاتصالات تلقاله حل
