<FONT color=#993366>-8 حبات بطاطس كبيرة

-نصف كوب زبدة

- ملح وفلفل حسب الطلب.

- 4 ملاعق صغيرة جبنة مبشورة.

- بقدونس للزينة.

</U></FONT>

1- قشري حبات البطاطس ثم اقسميها طوليا إلى نصفين.

2- قطعيها إلى شرائح ولكن دعي طرفها متماسك.

3- ضعي الزبدة في المقلاة وضعيها على نار هادئة حتى تسيح ثم أضيفي الملح والفلفل واخلطي جيدا.
4
- ادهني الزبدة مع الملح والفلفل بفرشاة على البطاطس مع مراعاة وضعها بين الشرائح.

5- صفي البطاطس في صينية وضعيها بالفرن متوسط الحرارة لمدة ثلاثة أرباع ساعة.

6- رشي الجبنة المبشورة على البطاطس ثم ارجعيها للفرن مرة أخرى لمدة ربع ساعة
