again my PC not working

Hello

i think have virus in my PC

with blue screen & write

TOP: c0000135 {Unable TO LOCATE Component
his application has failed to start because basehqfai32 was not founf. Re-instaling the application may fix this problem.

recently i press on start/shutdown button on CPU then i press on F8 key

it show me black screen with choises,,, i select window normaly

but again restart PC,,,

what is another soultion for my PC

still i am using Laptop with ENGLISH KEYBOARD WHICH IS DIFFICULT FOR ME

حاولت تدخل بالsafe mode

يمكن في عندك برامج تشتغل بسرعه من تشغل الكمبيوتر .. يعني الكمبيوتر ما يكمل loading وهالبرامج تشتغل فعسب جي يطلع لك هالايرور

شوفه بالsafe mode يشتغل؟
