</font><span class=text>- 2 شريحة رفيعة ستيك فخذ بقري
- 2 ملعقة كبيرة خردل (ماسترد)

مقادير صلصة الفطر:
- 1 حبة بصل مفرومة
- 2 ملعقة كبيرة زيت
- 3 حبات بصل أخضر مقطع شرائح
- 1 عود كرفس مفروم
- 2/1 كوب فطر (عيش الغراب) مقطع شرائح رفيعة
- 1علبة × 170غ قشطة نستله
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
- 2/1 ملعقة صغيرة جوزة الطيب
- 1 ملعقة كبيرة بقدونس طازج مفروم للتزيين</span>

</font></span><font color=#996666><font size=3>طريقة التحضير &nbsp;:
</font>
</font><span class=text><font size=3><span class=text>يقلّب البصل في الزيت في وعاء تحمير عميق حتى يذبل، ثم يضاف البصل الأخضر والكرفس والفطر. يستمر الطهي
&nbsp;لعدة دقائق حتى يكتسب الخليط لوناً ذهبياً، ثم يزاح إلى جانب الوعاء.

يدهن وجه كل قطعة ستيك بالخردل وتوضع في وعاء التحمير بحيث يكون الوجه المدهون إلى الأسفل. تحمّر سريعاً على
&nbsp;نار عالية حتى تكتسب لوناً بنياً، ثم تقلب على الجهة الأخرى. ترفع فقط قطعة الستيك من الوعاء وتوضع في طبق التقديم.

تضاف قشطة نستله والملح وجوزة الطيب إلى خليط الفطر على نار هادئة لبضع دقائق.
تضاف التوابل حسب الرغبة. يقدم خليط الفطر بعد تزيينه بالبقدونس مع الستيك.
