المقــادير

<font color=#ff0099>مقادير الصلصة</font> :
2/1 كلغ شرائح لحم (مقطع بشكل عيدان رفيعة)
1 حبة فلفل أحمر (مقطعة)
1 كوب معجون طماطم
1 كوب ماء دافئ

<font color=#ff0099>بقية المقادير</font>:

400غ معكرونة بينّي (مسلوقة)
2/1 كوب جبنة بارميزان (مبشورة)

<font color=#ff0099>طريقة التحضير</font> :

تحضير الصلصة:
. يطهى اللحم لمدة 10 - 15 دقيقة
. يضاف الفلفل، ومعجون الطماطم والماء مع التحريك جيداً والطهي لمدة 5 دقائق
. توضع معكرونة بينّي في طبق تقديم وتغطى بالصلصة ثم ترش الجبنة على السطح
بالهنااااا والعااافيه...
