<FONT size=5>1-ماي حار.</FONT></P>


<FONT size=5>2-سحناه.</FONT></P>


<FONT size=5>3-ملح وخل(خل مال البلاد).</FONT></P>


<FONT size=5>4-روب.</FONT></P>


<FONT size=5>5-سمن عربي.</FONT></P>


<FONT size=5>طريقة التحضير:-</FONT></P>


<FONT size=5>خلط السحناه مع الماي الحار جيدا ومن ثم سكب قوطي روب (ميلكو او روب الفجيره)....واضافة ثلاث ملاعق ملح او حسب الرغبه مع الخل والسمن البلدي ومزج هذا الخليط جيدا .</FONT></P>

<FONT size=5>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; يفضل تجربة هذه الخلطه مع العيش المشخول او العصيده المطبوخ مع البثيث ولا تنسى راسين بصل ابيض او اخضر </FONT></P>
